Namaste!
My name is Aurora. I was born and raised in sunny Los Angeles, California. For over a decade, I have enjoyed serving the Food and Beverage industry.
I love to see the journey of people having a nice local meal while experiencing the culture with it. While traveling through India in 2022 and 2023 I fell in love with the Indian food and culture. My experience was slightly tainted when my nice meal became a negative incident.
I want to share my knowledge to restaurant owners to ensure that guests leave their restaurant wanting to come back; and to consumers so they have an unforgettable experience that they will relate to friends and family back home.
